There are many more ground rules that are established in a team contract to allow the team to function properly. These will be discussed in another article. The team plans to communicate via the D2L discussion forum and via email, and we`ve all exchanged mobile phone numbers to find out about issues as soon as possible. Cell phone communication is used when a person cannot be reached, but email and discussion forum are the preferred method. Expected individual attendance, punctuality and participation in all team meetings: Project Standards (What is a realistic level of quality for team presentations, collaborative writing, individual research, draft creation, peer reviews, etc.?): Describe as a group that you would deal with violations of any of the obligations under this team agreement: Expected level of communication with other team members: The team prefers to have a majority vote in decision-making. Detailed rational comparisons are discussed and taken into account in the decision-making process. Team contracts are both created and monitored by the team. Each team contract mainly includes a code of conduct. Describe what your team will do if the violations continue: Each team contract must establish the ground rules for participation: If a team member does not complete the task they requested, a warning will be issued and a valid apology will be requested. I understand that if I do not comply with these Terms and Conditions, I will face the consequences set forth in this Agreement.

Preferred method of communication (e.B email, mobile phone, wired phone, D2L team discussion forum, in person, in a specific class) to inform each other of team meetings, announcements, updates, reminders, issues: All team members sign and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement. All questions are decided by majority. It is important for each team to assess its current strengths. This forms the basis of a plan to increase the team`s effectiveness in achieving organizational goals. Expected level of commitment to team decisions and tasks. All team members should check emails/discussion forums daily in case of urgent request. All meetings will have open communication from all. Discussion forums must be published at least three times a week. Expected level of responsibility for the execution of team tasks, schedules and deadlines: Our group will have two hours of meeting, one on Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm and the other on Sunday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Each member must log in to D2L and our Google chat during one of the meeting hours. In addition, all members of our team MUST register by Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. .m.

with a progress report on the task assigned to them. Reminders are queued when team members leave their task. Method of establishing and tracking meeting agendas (Who sets each agenda? When? How are team members informed/recalled? Who is responsible for ensuring that the team follows the agenda at a team meeting? What do we do to keep the team on track during a meeting?): If a team member doesn`t stay in touch within 24-48 hours, the team will try to contact the person. If there is no answer, the teacher will be informed. Each team member must register before 6 p.m.m on Wednesday with a progress report on the task assigned to them. This allows the group to see where everyone is and offer help when needed, make sure tasks are complete, and help resolve issues before it`s too late. Team contracts are intended to describe the basic rules of the team. It is important that the team leader says what he wants in his team and what he does not want in his team. Deadlines and deadlines must be respected. If this is not possible, this should be communicated in a timely manner so that the project manager and the team can make a decision on how to proceed. However, it is expected that all deadlines will be met.

All tasks are assigned individually to avoid duplication of work. Then, the task is reviewed by all team members and approved for submission. All work is reviewed by experts and sometimes handled by the project manager. Our project manager will be the official leader of the team. At his own discretion, he will use joint leadership when assigning tasks, so the group member is the leader of this task. Strategies for promoting/integrating the ideas of all team members (team maintenance): Tasks are accomplished and meet the team`s quality standards. Violations of any kind are presented in detail and presented in the Team Assessment section. I have been involved in the formulation of the standards, roles and procedures set out in this treaty. If the violations persist, the professor will be informed and the team will continue the project.

The team will meet deadlines to ensure standards are met. If someone needs help, they should ask the team to help them instead of waiting for the deadline with an unfinished task. All team members must be present and attend a meeting. All ideas must be shared. Any concerns need to be addressed immediately so as not to let things pile up. If a team member is unable to attend a meeting this week, it is their responsibility to read the minutes, stick to their task, and respond to questions or concerns. I understand that I am obligated to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Decision-making policy (by consensus? by majority vote?): Priscilla will be responsible for monitoring the agenda and making changes to it. Strategies for ensuring cooperation and equal division of labour: Method of registration (Who is responsible for recording and disseminating protocols? How and when are the protocols disseminated? Where are all agendas and minutes kept?):. .

Consequences in case of non-compliance with procedures and non-compliance with expectations 1) ___________________________________________________date__________________ Exceptional work is expected and must correspond to the level, sloppy work will not be tolerated. The quality of our project presentations, collaborative writing, research, preparation and peer reviews will be above average. All entries will be thorough and detailed. The research is well planned and conducted thoroughly. All the work will be exceptional and flawless. First of all, we could propose tasks/projects and if someone is not ready to take on the task, it will be assigned by the project manager. The team has to take turns to make sure everyone participates. If the project manager feels that someone is not doing their part, they will assign them a task.

If more than 3 of the guidelines are not followed, it is recommended to exclude the teacher from the group. All agendas and minutes can be found on our Google website. All work is reviewed and approved by the entire group. If 2 of the guidelines are not met, a note deduction of an entire letter is applied. Each member will be informed of the agenda by email and by contribution to the discussion. Leadership preferences (informal, formal, individual, shared): Team members will check with a progress report until 6 p.m.m on Wednesday and attend meetings on Thursday and Sunday. Ross will be responsible for recording and disseminating meeting minutes. At the beginning of the project, we set deadlines for the completion of the different parts of the project. If 2 of these guidelines are not followed, a recommendation to deduct the grades will be submitted to the professor for consultation. Schedule our meetings to ensure that all agenda items are discussed. If we cannot agree on a point, we can present it and come back to it at the end of the meeting.

The minutes will be published in the discussion forum, on the Google website and copied to each member by email. All ideas are introduced into the discussion and from there; We will use a majority vote to see what would work best with the project task in mind. Late assignments will not be tolerated; unless permission has been granted by the professor. .
